I received dr martens chelsea boots ordered a size 10 uk and a size 45 arrived tried them on and they was to tight my toes were touching the end on looking at the boots they were not genuine Dr martens as advertised so I requested a return and a refund but since the they have offered me another pair of boots if I send another £16 but I don't like the boots they are a bad copy of Dr martens and I don't know if another pair of boots a size larger will be to big and know they are ignoring me HELP
