After purchasing Doro phone and advised it was despatched I requested tracking number. I received vague nonsensical replies. After about 9 days I then received second advice it was despatched + tracking number. The second package I received was a completely different worthless phone to one advertised. The first alleged shipment never arrived. I had to pay postage to return worthless phone and get refund. The dispute over postage refund is ongoing with eBay. Avoid this time wasting Seller !
