I think renew_phone_limited did the best they could with this transaction, so I've given them a Positive rating. I was really sceptical that the item would be sent because of its weight, but it arrived a few days later. Communication was good.
However, the description wasn't completely accurate, the text description was OK but the pictures were from the 5.3 battery manufactured by BYD so the dimensions were wrong, therefore misleading. Overall, though, very good.

I purchased Samsung S24 Ultra 1TB Sunday 26th June. Still hasn't arrived on Monday 3rd June. Contacted seller but no communication. Now opening case with eBay to request my money back. Total waste of time. BUYERS BEWARE!!! This seller does not seem genuine at all. Has many advertised products priced over £1.000. But only has sold items worth less than £10.00.
