Returned for refund! For whatever reason my electricity tripped twice. Crumb tray hadn’t been emptied perhaps some of these were trapped? Maybe blew electricity?

Both items work perfectly, both when I sent them off and when returned. You told me the kettle was the issue but didn't mention that in your feedback. Quite disappointing as I responded quickly, offered and provided a full refund, paid return postage for you, all for the item to be in working order when it came back to me. I'd never sell a faulty item- this would be a waste of your and my time, and my money!
