It would not recognise its own password, in fact it had two passwords! Finally I got it to work, with much frustration. Speed is slow and the print quality is only average. The USB port is difficult to access and I could not get one fitted. I can say the company did a great job in sending the product and the price was more than fair, but after my HP printer, I have to say that I am not very pleased with the product.
