    Having purchased the item & paid for it the seller messaged me to say he wanted cash on delivery & was creditting me back the money. I responded that that was fine by me and could he contact me for collection details. I got no responce. I even tried through Ebay still no responce. I was cedited my money. But despite ringing & messaging I got only a garbled message and then I was 'ghosted' very anoying as I was very keen to purchase the item.

    Thanks for that, 19 years on ebay and never a negative feedback. You failed to comply with the listing. You were asked how you were going to uplift nearly half a ton of cooker. You did not make contact before clicking the buy it now as requested in the listing. Hence that is why it was cancelled and refunded. There was no garbled message. I do not have pallet lifting facilities.
