The only downsides are: 1) having to either leave the support handle locked in, or unscrew a fitting from either side to be able to fold flat; 2) no emergency stop.

For the price paid, you get a the walking pad, remote control, a screen that displays calories/time/distance and you can connect to an app via bluetooth to track your workouts. The support bar has a holder for a phone or tablet. The only downside is you have to unscrew the bar each time to fold it away, would have been easier if it was a quick release lock, but this isn't an issue for me. All in all, a great product!

However after messaging supplier who got back to me quickly said they will send another cushion out.. Hope to receive the cushion quickly as I need it for the weekend. Will be a very happy customer once cushion has been replaced.. so far good customer service though.
