Works and beautifully designed and packaged.
Helps me to relax very quickly and I struggle to keep my eyes open after a few minutes. When I wake in the middle of the night and eyes are too tired to open I use the technique of gradually slowing my breathing while focusing on the abdomen and I'm getting back off to sleep much more quickly. No more tossing and turning for 2-3 hours. The quality and design is beautiful.

This obviously works well for some, as there have been many good reviews However, I am a long term chronic insomniac and it did not work for me. The device places a blue light on the ceiling which expands and contracts and you are instructed to match your deep abdominal breathing to the rythm of the moving light. This is a technique used in yogic breathing and meditation exercises which I already practice but have not helped with my sleep. Expensive and ineffective
The whole premise of the products to phase the brightened fading of the thrown up to the ceiling slowly enough that you can concentrate on match lingerie your in and out breathing with the light, hence entering to a relaxed state inducing sleep. This was the second of this item I tried (the other from a different supplier), and they were both the same - the light sequence far too fast, resulting in annoyance rather than relaxation. A nice looking, expensive plastic disc.
