    Disappointed

    The only useful text in this book is the charts detailing carbohydrate content of foods. The text is simplistic. Suggestions on swapping foods doesn’t detail the swaps. The recipes in the 7 day plan contain ‘leftovers’ and a duplicate recipe. Expensive book,flashy finish. I expected at least 21 original recipes.
