The overall width when opened was approx 12 mm shorter, but would still allow a £20 note inside. The "texture" of the individual " credit card pouches" have a " textured " surface to prevent them sticking together when the wallet is closed, but the new pouches have an end " cut out" allowing the individual credit cards to be withdrawn sideways , easier to remove .
