    one-off solo session from canned heat guitar hero

    Unissued at the time, this is actually a session from a short-lived version of Canned Heat, featuring the late Henry Vestine . Front man Bob Hite had died and a new line-up convened for a tour of Australia. Despite that this is a very enjoyable set, with hints of soul and doo-wop as well as lashings of the expected hairy blues and boogie. Henry V's guitar solos are always exciting but never subtle or understated!
