    Outstanding for all ages

Chris Pei a Tai Chi Master does an outstanding job of teaching. First, he does a step by step warm up which is worth the price of the DVD. Next, he goes meticulously through the 24 Yaun Tai Chi forms step by step. He is a Master teacher who stresses and completely explains the mechanics of each form and then repeats it multiple times so anyone viewing the DVD learns how the form should feel and how it fits in the 24 Form Tai Chi. I would highly recommend this DVD to anyone of any age. My Wife and I do the Warm Up every morning.

    Couldn't get with it

I love the concept but the fact that it's already a slow movement doesn't help with him performing every single move at least 5 times. U get that he's trying to do it slow so everything can be seen and duplicated but it's entirely too slope for a non interactive video. It would probably be a better concept in a classroom.

  • Exactly What I Was Looking For

Slow, methodical training DVD. By the end of each section the 'student' has a good grasp as to how to perform the various movements. I would recommend this DVD to anyone who wishes to learn Tai Chi as well as for anyone who wishes to reinforce what they think they already know about Tai Chi.

  • Great video for the price

I haven't watched the entire video yet, but have gone through the 1st 2 sections of Tai Chi. I felt a definite difference even the first time, even though I had only gone through the first section. My only complaint so far is that at the end of the 2nd section, they don't combine the entire 1st and 2nd sections so that you can practice the sections together. Also, section 1 is a bit on the slow side and section 2 almost goes too fast. But I definitely recommend this video. The exercises are not so difficult or strenuous that a senior in decent shape cannot do them. It will be confusing at first for most though. You just have to keep at it to reap the benefits.

  • SLOW training video

The video does show you the basics, BUT it is painfully slow and repeats much too often to try and get any good workout in. If you need a video to show and practice 4-5 times each movement, then perhaps it is for you.
