    An excellent transaction, laptop arrived the following day, it was very well packed in a purposed made box , wrapped in bubble wrap. It is in very good condition and as described. There was some software missing, but when I contacted him he immediately apologised and refunded more than the value, with a link to download it. This is now done and the laptop is now fully operational, it is very good value for money. I would highly recommend this seller as genuine and very easy to deal with.

    This is THE best seller I've come across on Ebay for an electronic device!! Firstly brilliant price for a great laptop. Secondly great comms - speedy & helpful. But thirdly - he packaged it better than I've had some come from manufacturers or other major online outlets. It had to travel over water & R/Mail isn't renowned for taking a lot of care with packages so this was double packed with plenty of protection ensuring it arrived in perfect order. HIGHLY recommended!!!
