The rucksack arrived (or was sent) seriously creased at the front, as per the picture. Extremely disappointing for a brand new item with an extortionate price (£79!). This was my little girl’s Christmas present and she will be enormously upset. I will never buy from this seller again. No wonder he doesn’t accept returns!
