    Brake Caliper Carrier TRW /- SEAT Ibiza 1.8T FR Rear Caliper Carrier

    Overall good quality, matches external visual quality of OEM original caliper carriers. Pricing is very reasonable and delivery was very quick. Not impressed with the caliper carriers upper or top pin design and machining process. the manufacturer TRW has machined the upper / top sliding carrier pin with a stepped or effective swagged shape, put simply the pin is thickest on the inner side nearest the bolt head, and gradually tapers to a smaller diameter throughout the length of the pin towards the far end. This creates a large amount of slop / play and movement in the tightness of the pin travelling down the caliper carriers pin bore. If you are changing your carrier, probably the primary reason is because you have excessive play / movement in the carrier pins through wear, so this ...
