However, I had to return the product because I was unable to use the chosen CPU and GPU. Building the computer was also quite challenging for a first-time builder. I had assumed that all the cables were connected inside the case, but they were not. I hope that the seller will offer build service as an additional charge if the buyer purchases CPU, RAM, or SSD from the same seller.

Worse was to come, upon opening the socket cover to install the CPU was greeted with a non-uniform array of socket pins - closer inspection with a magnifying glass revealed a damaged socket. Seller ambivalent; claimed it would have been inspected from factory. Requested refund through EBay and sent back, only issued 50% refund! EBay customer services refunded me fully
