  • Best Book on Health and Food!

While it may seem the recipes are complicated with many ingredients, the idea is to incorporate as much variety into your meals as possible. You can improvise on any of these recipes, but it’s learning to cook with whole foods, and fresh herbs. I love the recipes on learning to replace the usual mayonnaise, salad dressings, sauces, breads, condiments, and oils with healthy versions.

  • Some simple recipes so far.

I was expecting it was more vegan oriented but it it looks like a good book. I’ve already made a couple recipes.
