The seller is saying it was delivered, but either the courier has lied or it was stolen or dumped, it was was not delivered as all other couriers take a photo to prove the order was delivered. I will never use this company again as it is unreliable and someone has lied, most likely the delivery company. They may have taken it to the wrong address, but I certainly didn't receive it.
