      Taste lovely only just started to use it so not sure on the effects as yet doesn't explain very well how to use the spoon so looked it up on you tube and basically a pea size put it in any hot drink so I put it in my first coffee in the morning .

      Siberian is better than Himalayan shaljit in my experience

      This is the first time I’ve tried the Himalayan Shelajit and I was a bit disappointed as I’ve been using the Siberian shelajit I found that much much better. The Siberian one is far superior in my experience, so I’ll be looking for that to buy next time. Thank you Mike Howe
