    This item was very beautiful, packaged well, and a good quality, but it wasn't a squishmallow as described. I can see why the seller would think that though, but I don't know that person's thoughts as we never communicated. I got a good deal initially but once I got it, I saw the truth and returned it at no extra charge. It took a little bit to ship back. Once it arrived, I got my full refund back.

    Very nice item. Prompt shipping. I recommend the seller buy stronger cardboard box to ship items in and fill box with styrofoam so item does not move around and box does not collapse in because it moved around too much. I also recommend seller to tape shipping label onto box. Please see collapsed box I received item in and shipping label not secured to box. I was lucky item did not fall out of box and was not damaged.
