    Actually the U.S.P.S. Tracks ALL Mail , IF You look on the Receipt , Unless You Just Drop it in a Postal Box. You can Pay Extra for a Tracking Feature BUT it is Not Necessary i Track All the Greeting Cards that i send to Make Sure that They've Received My Wishes ...
