    The laptop came in damaged from transit, it is functional and looked exactly like the photos save from the damage. It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

    I was a bit confused with the listing but happy with the purchase. The picture in the listing is general and not the exact one I got. I will say it is still a good deal and it's working fine now that I have it set up. They did respond quickly to my questions and shipped really fast. It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.

    The item was as advertised and arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and undamaged, but the carrier complained that it was not packed well. The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.

    Utterly reliable peace of mind!

    Otterbox Defender Series is utterly reliable peace of mind. I use them for my cellphones, also. Even with NUMEROUS drops onto sidewalks and floors over the last five years, I have never had a cracked screen or a broken phone. For that kind of protection, I can put up with the form factor! These devices represent too big of an investment to go for anything less. At resale, to end up with a device in PRISTINE condition is a big PLUS, too! Just keep in mind that the Defender Series is not waterproof --leave it on shore when you go swimming!

    Best insurance for large glass electronics...

    Years ago I found my first tablet in the middle of the highway... it had an Otterbox on it which saved it from falling of car at highway speeds, let alone being run over multiple times... that alone sells me on their product!!! (That tablet had free Verizon service for 3 years until the company that lost it upgraded, and it was mint thanks to that case!) I like that they give tablets a better feel due to being too thin, and find the touch screen works better after installing them. My first tablet was a Tab-4, and I just updated to the Tab-E for an updated browser. I have a 2yr old toddler so these cases are a must. My dad just gave me a Tab-2 10.1 which I gave to my toddler for YouTube, and I just bought an Otterbox for it as well. Amazing product, highly recommended, do not accept lower ...
