They promptly replied & offered me a full refund or replacement. I went for replacement as I still wanted the mugs. They arranged for a different courier ( Yodel ) to deliver the replacements & 3 days later here they are. The seller did all they could to ensure I got my parcel so I would definitely recommend them.
