I use this brand daily and I know when you purchase a bottle brand new it has a seal on it. These did not. I also did a skin test and I test tested one of the purchased items with an old bottle I had at home and it is not the same product. This product in these bottles are sticky whereas the authentic goes on smooth. The retailer may request to seal them for transportation purposes. The make up remover itself is supposed to have a texture not thin as water, it’s very smooth and not sticky at all.I suggest you go to the Estée Lauder store and to check. Once again, if you are not happy with the product , you can return it.
