        In the listing, the seller said that the jewel case was damaged so a new one would be provided before posting. When I removed the CD from the envelope it was rattling around in the case. On opening, the central housing was broken. The broken teeth weren't in the case, so it must have been sent like this. There was also filthy, disgusting greasy finger marks on the label side. I had a spare case and the CD played ok after a good clean up. Can't believe a seller would send goods in this condition

        Total BS, buyer now added to my blocked list. I replaced the cracked case with a brand new one. This guy than rants away at me stating there were some finger prints that he had to clean off the disc, this is a used disc, a very old one, it was not listed as new or mint but disc wasn't scratched. Guy just hoping to get a part refund if he moaned enough, total chancer.
