Four keyboard keycaps in the next-to-top row were out of order: the "8", "9", "0" and "ā" keycaps were installed like this: 9 8 ā 0. The underlying keystrokes worked as they should ā both before and after swapping the keycaps into the correct order. Mostly positive transaction.

This keyboard could have been easily damaged due to poor packaging as shown in the attached photo of the packaging material. I would have gladly paid a few dollars for better packaging.
