When the shoes were returned using the USPS label provided by the Seller (the label was the slowest, most inefficient delivery method possible) it has now been TEN DAYS in delivery, even though Seller lives less than an hour away. When told this, they said to contact a councilman. WHAT? HOW LONG BEFORE A REFUND IS ISSUED? 20 YEARS? 50 YEARS,? JUST WAIT FOREVER? DON'T BUY FROM THIS CONMAN WHO IS ALWAYS RUDE IN COMMUNICATING.

NIB... as in the mailing label was affixed directly to the taped up Nine West box, so it was pretty beat up when it arrived. This was a bit disappointing for me because I actually store my boots in their original boxes when I'm not wearing them.
