    3wks in and is Better than expected...

    I wasnt sure about buying an off brand battery but so far not had any issues with charging, last way longer that my dyson battery did. Doesn't get hot when charging... so far very pleased. Had for 3wks and keeps its charge well, lasts a long time. 10/10

    Problems with lining up with the charging station

    I've only had it a week. No instructions on how to fit it, had to look online. It doesn't line up with the charging station as smoothly as the original battery. Have to be careful when inserting it into the charger. Too early to tell how long it will last. Came with a 5 year guarantee but who knows if you will be able to claim on this a few years down the line? Risky purchase but cheaper than going to Dyson.

    Very easy to fit,just 3 screws !

    The original battery lasted 2 minutes after 13 months of use,dyson were not interested in changing it under warranty so bought this as a replacement. Took 2 minutes to fit it and it lasts longer than the original battery ever did. Also the supplier gives a 2 year warranty on a battery which is unusual. Fully compatible with my v8 animal !

    Great replacement at a great price

    Had for a few weeks, still working great. Easy to install, Dyson's website has instructions for each model. Lasts longer than the original battery ever did, with max mode working as expected. Takes a while to charge before first use, but that's expected with a bigger capacity. Only difference is the charging lights - they do not turn off when it reaches full charge, only when unplugged. The lights are also quite bright, but can be easily covered. Fits in the charging dock a touch tighter than the original but not enough to cause issues. Overall works a lot better than expected, at a price much cheaper than Dyson's own.

    Can't beat an original. Got here on time.

    I have spent so much time looking for non genuine replacements and decided I'd go with an original as you don't know what you're getting with replicas... They claim to outlast a Dyson. Maybe... I believe the truth is, when you have your hoover for 2 years + you gradually get so used to the decrease in run-time that it's hard to remember exactly how much hoovering you got from a full charge. I'm astonished! Because I actually cannot remember my hoover ever lasting this long! I can literally do my small 2 bed house twice over! Where as on the 2.5 year old battery it was running out after the upstairs alone was hoovered....! Seriously, don't buy replicas because the cells may be reject/dangerous/not properly tested? Who knows. I thoroughly recommend the original! I personally would by a ...
