    The seller sent via UPS requiring a signature but didn’t inform me of that. UPS attempted to deliver the item and could not. I contacted the seller and told him I had to have the item dropped off at the UPS store due to no one being home during the day to receive, it costed $6 extra $ to do this. The seller refunded me $6 to cover this. It was much appreciated.

    Excellent communication with the seller. I was unclear as to the O-ring installation on the flashlight. I contacted Sherwood also, but the seller was a lot more clear in explaining that what Sherwood was referring to as O-rings are really seals. Excellent seller, I would buy from again.
