    I ordered a Sony L1 mobile phone and I received a L3 so contacted the seller and they offered it to me as a free upgrade but it wasn't what I ordered and yes it is an upgraded phone but it's the principle of it all . Very slow in replying and didn't get a tracking number until the last minute to say it's on its way very poor communication won't be dealing with this person again. Very poor not the way to run a business. Don't deserve any positive feedback.

    No point in spending Apple prices. Saves hundreds.

    Went from an XS Max to this. They are fundamentally the same however this has a slightly larger screen when put side by side. Great value. Very happy.

    Bit unhappy the screen has been incorrectly installed and is sticking out too far then loose at the bottom, there is dust behind the screen where the camera is as well on the front making the front view camera poor quality and dim. There’s is an issue in the settings stating an unknown part has been fitted on the screen meaning it’s fake and obviously poor quality, gutted about this as it was my daughters 16th birthday present, I’m going to have to fork out for a brand new screen fitted
