    Item arrived and had been crushed and badly damaged in transit (flimsy packaging) Contacted the seller and was offered a 40% refund for an unusable item; refused the offer and was offered a 70% refund; refused that and was eventually given a full refund. Don't understand how they thought a partial refund was appropriate in the circumstances, and why I had to contact them three times to secure the refund
