De Walt Right Angle Drill Bit
Facilitates for holes to be drilled in spaces where a drill machine would not fit. Leverage can be an issue when using non-auger type bits as it may be difficult to push in confined spaces, but that’s out with the scope of this product review hence the 5 stars.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very compact & robust
I bought this item as reviews of cheaper non-branded, chuck-type attachments were very poor. The hex type head on this attachment means it’s really compact which not only gets you into tighter spaces but also brings the head closer to screws reducing awkward twisting forces. For drilling holes you’ll need hex type bits but it is worth the switch. If found the supplied impact torsion screwdriver bits a rubbish but my current bits work just fine either in a bit holder or directly in the attachment. Great DeWalt 90° drill attachment
I have wanted a 90° attachment to my DeWalt drill for as long as I can remember, so with a small cabinetry job that came up I needed one yesterday! When I researched the price I really couldn't believe how inexpensive they are so I immediately placed an order which arrived in lightning speed. I only wish I had bought one years ago as they are probably not used often, however, when you do require the use of one they are an unbeatable piece of kit to have in your tool box. Compact and effective little tool.
Cracking little tool that gets into very small spaces for those oddball jobs. With a supplied driver bit fitted, the head is less than 40mm deep. Takes hex drive drill bit too but obviously they need greater space. Good quality angle attachment that helps get into all those awkward angles, nice and compact, comes with good quality bits. Can be used in a hex impact driver and pretty solid. Hard not to slip
Used this to see a PH2 50mm screw into wood. Couldn't fit just my driver in position, so used this. It was difficult to get the screw in without the bit skipping and rounding the heads slightly. You have to hold the attachment at 90 to the screw and pull the attachment and drill in as you drive. Not used much but cant do without it
We all have things sat in are tool box that don't see the light of day for weeks or months but they do get used.
