Voice routing + Best non-trucking/Car GPS for a City or OTR Driver in my opinion
Best car or truck GPS I've ever owned.
Routing by voice has to be the best/coolest feature of this GPS. I am a local truck driver and I go to as many as 15-20 stops/pickups per day, so I need a quick way to enter the next p/u-delivery location that I can. This GPS allows me to do this without typing the address in. It has two drawbacks that I've discovered from using it for 1 day so far. (1) When you use voice to enter a highway numbered address it combines the block number with the highway number, although I did get it to work once so I probably need to read the manual (LOL, yea right dummy). (2) It recorded my max speed for the day as 77 mph, my truck is governed at 66 and I went nowhere near any hill that would get me to 77 mph + I keep an eye on my speedometer like a hawk.
Other great features I found on one day of use are: Menus are easy to navigate, tells you when there is a lower speed limit ahead and when you go over the speed limit, school zone ahead, easy to add a stop (route shaping) to current route, correct lane prompts. Display shows you current speed, street, arrival time or total miles to go. Another one of the best to me is more up-to-date maps than any other GPS I've had.
