I contacted the seller and he replied immediately offering a small refund and suggesting I keep the brace rather than return it. However I preferred the whole refund less the small postage cost. This was completed very satisfactorily. I can certainly recommend this seller as communication was excellent. I advise anyone thinking of buying this brace to ask what the size is. I should have done this and it’s not the seller’s fault I didn’t ask.
