    I hate leaving anyone negative feedback but, on this occasion I feel I have to. Happy at the price asked for set of postcards. £4 was a little steep, even for 1st class postage as stated, but okay. Then received from Royal Mail a card informing me they had an item with insufficient postage paid, therefore a fee to be paid in order to receive it. Paid on-line, received package. It had on it one 2nd class large stamp, not enough for weight. Contacted seller; a week later still no reply.

    Completely unfair and a bit extreme over a minor error. The Post Office didn't charge the correct amount, and among the number of packages i had, I didn't notice the mistake, my error but hadly a hanging offence As soon as I was informed of the error by the buyer I refunded the £1.50 he had been charged. Negative feedback should be reserved for gross misselling not a minor inconvenience. Very petty behaviour
