First of all i was sold a high end pair of binoculars but what i received was the lowest end version that brand has to offer. The pair I received was 1/3 of the price i paid for the higher end one. I have contacted this seller over and over and they refuse to do anything. I returned the item to a UPS location, it has been delivered but nothing populates on Ebay. I thought it was sent by mistake. The seller did not want to take it back but offered $7 refund for an item I did not order. The seller did not want to send me a paid return label. I found 4 reviews stating the exact same thing happened to 4 other buyers It was only after contacting eBay that I was finally able to get a refund. The seller still has the product listed.
