Great delivery time and packaging, good communication. however, the listing said "actual images" and they, in fact, were not. there was a crack on the front of the case with no pieces in the box meaning it didn't happen in shipping.

Great experience with Pronox Technology UK! The quality of the items was excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The value for money was spot on, and the appearance of the items was just as described. Shipping was quick and well-packaged, so nothing got damaged. The whole process was super easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for good-quality items and great service!

There was a delay in delivery by Royal Mail and the seller did what they could to resolve this. Unfortunately, RM do 'play fast and loose' with deliveries and this time they claimed to have attempted delivery when this was clearly not true. This type of ploy is beyond the control of the seller but eBay should encourage RM to provide actual proof that delivery was attempted rather than simply accepting RM's scan of a delivery label as proof of anything other than what it is - a 'scanned' label.
