    I ordered a Sony L1 mobile phone and I received a L3 so contacted the seller and they offered it to me as a free upgrade but it wasn't what I ordered and yes it is an upgraded phone but it's the principle of it all . Very slow in replying and didn't get a tracking number until the last minute to say it's on its way very poor communication won't be dealing with this person again. Very poor not the way to run a business. Don't deserve any positive feedback.

I asked is that Thursday or Friday , to which he hasn't replied and I haven't received my purchase. I would like a refund please I have lost all faith in this seller.

    Easy to use. Great features.

    This smart phone is easy to use and great for basic. Lightweight and a good shape. Bright screen and lots of features. I use it for phone calls and the odd photo and app. I do not play games. For me the battery life is adequate, but I would suggest not enough for those who spend their life on the phone.

    Get the phone in one day, good service. It is easy transfer the data from old phone to E5. After use two weeks, it is OK .Under hunderd pound brand new mobile, you can not expectation it has high specifications. Good in daily use such as calling, text, taking photos, internet, what Sapp. The battery can use two days after charge. If you budget is over £130.00. You may be having better choice.

    I found this phone brilliant for an unlocked phone, was looking to upgrade my phone but could not afford a brand new unlocked phone with these features, this is a good way to go, the item looks brand new and unused, feels comfortable to handle and was easy to set up, a good buy, would definitely recommend to anyone else after an unlocked phone.

    Very easy to use. Brought one of these for my son as a stop-gap. While he was waiting for a replacement for his broken phone to be repaired. Were so impressed with it that I have kept this as my own personal phone and have also purchased another one for the wife.. Would recommend. This product to anybody. Really good value for money...
