      Upon receipt I noticed these had strap extenders added that had poor stitching and mismatched colours- not the usual quality from Clarks. I asked seller if they were samples or something, and they apologised admitting they were indeed from a bag of sample stock. £5 partial refund accepted as they are still wearable, just not quite as expected. Excellent seller dealt with situation honestly and fairly- much appreciated.
