    Ignorant seller, I did not understand the use of cart and combined shipping and paid too fast. I sent a message about combining shipping and the sellers first response was he would send it registered mail, in essence not going to combine shipping by a simple refund, and using a more expensive way to ship for two small coins. I indicated if he could not simply refund half the shipping to cancel the order. A full refund was issued, I was blocked. This only the 5th or 6th negative in 26 years.

    I simply did what you asked: cancel the purchase. I didn't block you. I don't think I made any mistake, because you made the payment before receiving the invoice. There was no need to insult you.
