Upon contacting the seller, they confirmed I received the correct item, but that it must have been damaged during the packaging phase.     Best version out there.

    This is THE SF4 version you need to own. It has all 44 characters unlocked from the start. In my opinion, there is no better fighting game for generation 7. Get off the fence and just get it already.
