    Seller texted me after purchase that original box was missing although in description. I said ok if the item is working. Received item and the SD card included as per description is not working. Also item not as in good condition as described and missing original protective film (as per item description). I didn't complain but wanted at least an SD card that works. Seller offers refund for £5 which does not cover the card cost, and when I refused seller complains of me "moaning".

    i listed the item that contained a description error, all photos were correct and was advertised with the original memory card. i messaged seller about the error and they said it eas ok. i sent an extra 2gb sd card for free but didn't realise the max for the unit was 1gb. i then offered the buyer a £5 refund as well as the free card and he wanted even more money off me to cover the cost of a card he had seen. i was more than transparent about the mistake and was more than generous with my offer
