    Seller had to be coaxed and cajoled into fulfilling my order after he underestimated international shipping costs. Though I paid immediately, seller insisted that he would not ship until the funds were released by eBay. I was forced to have eBay intervene on my behalf. Though the listing said the boots would be “packed like a tank” they were merely thrown in a cardboard box with absolutely no cushioning or packing material, ostensibly to save money because of his own pricing error.
