    Unit does not function

    Followed instructions, but cannot get unit to work or function , new batteries , unit lights up, but does not function, unplugged bed unit ,waited 1 min. to clear memory, plugged unit back in ,it lights up, went threw instructions, and still does not operate bed. Need instructions for operate or do I need to send unit back ???
