    Green is my favorite color

    I transitioned some years ago to a Mediterranean diet and that still didn't get rid of the inflammation I had. The plant based diet is good for you, reverses disease and is definately healthy for you. Visit some of the Vegans on you tube. Why so much heart attack and diabetes and obesity. They tell us we need meat and dairy for protein but its not true. Dr Michael Gregor explains it all on you tube. You get all the protein you need out of plants, with out the heaping amount of saturated fat.

    There are information that I did not know and some recipes that can be used. However, this cookbook uses a lot of tofu for many of the recipes which for me I do not use at all. So, many of the recipes I was not able to make. Now, for a person who uses tofu by all means buy the book.
