      Excellent seller! Item much better than described, it looks brand new, just without the American Girl box. Packaging was great, she took a lot of care when boxing it up. The box got hung up by the USPS for a few days. I contacted the seller and she was very concerned that it got lost, and I appreciated that. It turned out that it was just delayed for a few days. I received it with no damage whatsoever. I am thrilled with my purchase and extremely happy with the seller. I highly recommend her.
