    Correct item but right side buttons did not work

    I was sent the correct item and it shipped quickly. However, the 3 buttons to the right of the screen did not work at all. So I basically took it apart and had to harvest it for parts to use w/ my old one. Between the two it now fully works and is installed. The item was more costly than what was harvested. I bought the whole thing so that I would not need to take it apart but ended up needing to anyway. At least it works now.
