As yet have not been able to use this item. I didn’t realise that it needed a scarf lead. Due to us having to purchase a lead to convert the scarf lead into a hdmi adapter. So I will reply to your question when I find a converter to solve this problem.

Only useful if you have a scart connection in your device
This product was unsuitable for my all-in-one PC as you can only connect it with a scart and the PC does not have a scart facility. This does not mean the product is not good for connecting to other devices, just no use for mine which I did not notice when I ordered it so in the right setting it is probably a very good product.
