    Definitely not Cindy Crawford

    It’s obvious why this video is only $6. I bought this DVD to replace my old Cindy Crawford Next Challenge video which had broken and now sells for some $50. But there’s no replacing it because Cindy nails every exercise. First, you can’t skip through her introduction so you have to watch it each time you play the video. Second, Jillian only concentrates on one side in the hip roll and other exercises and entirely forgets the other side. Third, the exercises of jumping jacks, push ups and sit ups gets old after awhile.

    A Real Workout!

    The Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred is an intense workout series. There are 3 levels. Each workout is 27 minutes total, counting warm-up and cool-down. The 20-minute workout exercises abs, aerobics, and weight training. It is a very efficient workout that doesn't take much time, but if you can keep up with it, gives fabulous results.
