Unfortunately I was unable to update console via the Internet due to no updates to this console supplied by xbox.com, I downloaded latest update to usb but I could not successfully update console, this is no fault to the seller who was helpful, unfortunately in the end I requested a refund which went smoothly, I would definitely consider buying from this seller again.
